The role is hands-on and technical, very diverse, with a mix of on-site and in-office time. All training is provided on both the organization and industrial division.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

◉ Develop unique and informative sales platform by industrial segment, using internal resources and data to create an engineering approach to sales

◉ Collaborate with software system & data engineer to streamline processes and share ways of working

◉ Organize and conduct presentation for big data as a selling tool

◉ Explore business opportunities and expand market share

◉ Achieve sales target related to incentive scheme

REQUIREMENTS:

◉ Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Civil Engineering

◉ Those with sales experience in the related field will be an added advantage

◉ Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for Junior positions

◉ Possess own transport, own IT gadgets and willing to travel within Peninsular Malaysia

WHAT WE OFFER:

◉ Job Type: Full Time

◉ Pay: Salary + Incentives

◉ Salary: RM3,000 to RM4,000 (Per Month)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

◉ Fully responsible of Finance & Accounts Processing Department, ensure timely preparation of management reports.

◉ Assist in credit control function.

◉ Implementation of internal controls and process improvements within accounting & operational processes.

◉ Ensure compliances with Accounting Standards, statutory reporting and local authorities.

◉ Handling Ad-hoc projects from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS:

◉ Degree or Diploma in accounting qualification or equivalent.

◉ At least 2 – 4 years working experience in trading / retail / manufacturing environment

◉ Well versed in computerized accounting systems, knowledge in Microsoft NAV accounting system, Microsoft Excel is an added advantage.

◉ A team player who is dynamic with mature personality, independent and able to work under high pressure and meet tight deadline.

◉ Planning and organizational abilities, multitasking, analytical and problem solving skills are required.

WHAT WE OFFER:

** This position has potential to move on to Junior Accountant level.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

◉ Hands on skill is required, as you will start from the beginning on the actual job and learning all the technical specification.

◉ Manage workers through leadership to achieve the process flow by:

i- Implementing all SOP, maintenance, safety and process to the current system which are guided by ISO and others accreditation bodies by Malaysia Standard and Emark etc.

ii- Meeting daily target by managing the process according to the system set. Suggest matters that can be improved on the system.

iii- Ensure the quality is not compromised and minimize delay in delivery to customers.

iv- Responsible to manage production team to perform and to ensure the production unit manages to achieve cost efficiency.

v- Able to communicate with Software System Engineer to improve/develop current software system.

vi- The above function is to achieve Man-days, Machine and Material cost efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS:

◉ Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

◉ At least 1 to 2 years related working experience, preferably in a factory / production and working by shift basis.

◉ Must be proactive and passionate and prepare to build career in logistic tires industry which is essential industry (thru job rotation).

◉ Able to work in shift basis.
