Kayel Tyre Retreading

KAYEL tyres are international-standard retread tyres, exported across Asia and Australia, white labelled for some global-leading tyre manufacturers.

We have built a system that is so efficient that we can handle up to 15 different multi-specification casing and tread combinations.

The process is tightly controlled from entry to the factory to finishing and monitored by digital and visual machine learning technology throughout.

KAYEL is the only retreader in SEA with UNECE R109, the first retread organisation in Asia to obtain E-mark for our products.

All casings adhere to Adhered to MS1394 :2017 Requirements.

Each component of our retreads adheres to set standards:

Pre cured Tread Liner: MS1208

Cushion Gum: MS1348

Rubber Compound: MS1097

The final product for all of our retreads adheres to Retread Tyre manufacture and process: MS224. Plus, they undertake the same endurance test as new tyres relating to MS1394:2017.

Our factory is ISO 9001 audited for quality processes.
