  1. The right tyres and related products, including new and retread tyres.

  2. Service & maintenance of tyres and vehicles

  3. Rescue service response and turnaround time to breakdown due to tyres

  4. Scientific knowledge concerning tyres, trucks’ mechanical, load and road, speed, etc.

  5. Coordination and overall management

We call these the ‘Sigma 5’.

By managing these five elements, we will always aim to achieve the following KPI in tyre management, SC3:

  • Safety of the vehicle

  • Competitiveness to the vehicle efficiency

  • Cost-effectiveness in the solutions used in achieving the above two objectives

  • Control of the fleet's mobility leading to better CPK (cost per kilometre)
